I’m trained in CPR, First Aid and Care
Bio
My life’s work has been dedicated to animals. For over 30 years I have cared for dogs, cats and trained championship horses. Each animal has its own distinct personality and I have developed a unique talent understanding them quickly.
My horse farm in southern Ohio had 3 dogs, 15 cats and 30 horses, each requiring individual attention. From infant animals to the older guys, my experience has prepared me to deal with almost any situation that may arise.
In fact, my veterinarian would foist special needs horses, dogs and cats on me to nurture back to health! Why did I do it? Besides the challenge of succeeding where others failed, I simply love and instinctively know what an animal’s needs are.
After meeting my husband (a particularly needy case), I sold the farm and moved to downtown Toronto, Canada. I missed the animal contact terribly and noticed everyone had a dog or cat but worked all day, so I saw an opportunity to be with animals and have my own business again. It was such a success that when we moved to Ahwatukee in 2003, I carried on the pet sitting business here with even greater success.
I love animals and treat them as you would; with love, understanding and genuine affection.
